Sandy Agan, Chief Operations Officer

Sandy is resposible for financials and all daily operations of the company. Her oversite includes inventory, sales and direct supervision of associates at GoldenPoint Scientific Labs and LabsNowToday. Sandy has an extensive background of experience in client financial management and team leadership. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and continued management skills training throughout her career. Sandy has many awards and achievements to her credit both individually and through team management.

Navel Chikwanda – Chief Information Officer

Navel is responsible for leading the Goldenpoint Solutions Technology Team. He brings more than 18 years of Information Technology experience specializing in cloud-based SaaS solutions, product management, quality assurance and software compliance, within the technology space. Navel’s experience spans across transactional based systems, Laboratory Information and Practice Management Systems for both State/Local Government agencies and commercially-based addiction treatment centers. Prior to joining Goldenpoint Solutions, Navel spent 16 Years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP) technology teams. Navel holds an MBA with a Concentration in Information Systems from Dallas Baptist University.

Dale Agan, CEO and Founder

Dale is founder and CEO of Golden Point Solutions LLC, bringing more than 30 years of executive, sales, business development and operations management experience from a leading software vendor. As Chief Executive, Dale’s vision has led a team in creating SaaS platform, servicing and managing processes, central to the day-to-day operations of addiction treatment centers, medical facilities and laboratories on behalf of patients.
